Prior to becoming a member of Coughlin Capital, LLC, Carl was a business development professional at Salesforce.com. While at Salesforce.com, Carl was a consistent top performer and contributed to the growth of the pilot “Chat” sales channel. During the first year of implementation, the Chat team delivered over $12.1 million in sales. Carl leveraged this experience to contributed to business development strategies at Coughlin Capital and businesses within the firm’s portfolio.

Carl has since led the Coughlin Capital Opportunity Zone initiative that provided a long-term growth strategy, as well as the development of Coughlin Capital’s Real Estate product. Carl is currently the Vice President of Opportunity Zones and Real Estate at Coughlin Capital.

Carl obtained his B.S. in Marketing from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, and his M.B.A., with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship, from the Masagung Graduate School of Management from the University of San Francisco as a Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society member.
